My Mom is always trying to reinvent herself. She loves Vibrant colors and Bold Styles, so when she asked me to do something new to her hair I new exactly what she would want. I Tapered her sides and nape, while leaving a mo hawk along the back of her hair. I slither cut the crown to add some dimension and flair.
Today Red Lotus Yoga instructed a Mid Day Yoga Session, in the Qube. Who wouldn't jump at the chance to relax and get a good mental and physical stretch in the middle of their workday? The session was presented from Yogi Fred. His soothing voice and knowledge had the class feeling like we have been performing Warrior Poses for years.
